Returns Policy

All return requests must be received within seven (7) days of receipt via email to the returns address on your receipt. If you do not have the receive, please complete the contact form under customer service. We offer a money back guarantee should you receive an item that is not what you ordered. We will also replace any defective merchandise for any product that was received defective. Should you receive any item that is considered unsatisfactory, contact Sensé Lingerie for a return authorization (RA) number within seven (7) days after receipt of your shipment. After you receive the return authorization (RA) number, you can return your product complete with the original packaging to the returns address provided to you on the email response or the address listed below. The goods must also be undamaged, unsoiled and with all tags attached. As long as these conditions are met, we will gladly offer an exchange or refund.

You are responsible for shipping cost associated with your returns, unless the product was shipped to you incorrectly. If the incorrect item was shipped to you, we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us as long as it is not used and returned in the same condition it was mailed to you. We do not refund shipping or other service charges, unless your order was shipped incorrectly.

Non-Returnable Merchandise:
Please note, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on panties, crotched shapewear or related intimates, adhesive products (such as Breast Petals/Nipple Covers), Silicone products (such as NuBras and other Silicone Bras, Bra Straps and Accessories), breast enhancers and pads, hosiery, intimate products that are adhered to the skin or similar products. Please order with accuracy; contact us if you need any additional assistance with sizing or additional product information prior to placing your order.


Even though some products may not be returnable, due to the nature of the product, please let us know of any issues or problems, be assured that we will do what we can to resolve your issues. We may accept these items as returns if unopened, but their may be a restocking fee associated with the return of 10% to 20%. If you have any questions about a specific product, please feel free to contact customer service.


Foundation Wear Return Policy
Bras, Shapewear, Slips and Crinolines are considered Foundation Wear
We allow customers a one-time exchange for the same garment in another size or a store credit (less handling and restocking charges) on all foundation garments. The restocking fee is up to 25% due to the type of product and condition of the return. You may also be responsible for cost of missing parts, such as bra straps, extenders and other missing details. Foundation products are very delicate and intimate by natural of their use and the policy is in place to assist us in providing the best service and product to every customers. Some items are not resalable after they have been worn (even during trying on) so we reserve the right to decline returns or charge a fee on returns that are returned in a unfair state. In addition, we do not accept returns on crotched merchandise or panties under any circumstances.

Considerations Prior to Ordering:
The majority of our products offer at least two photographs, explanation of sizing and a detailed description of the product, if you have any questions or need additional information about the product, please contact a customer service representative prior to making your purchase. If you are looking for specific qualities in a garment and are not sure if the garment you are considering have this quality or offer this solution, it’s better to ask first. Returning merchandise can be costly for both you and Sense Lingerie. In addition, you should have your measurements completed by a professional prior to purchasing online. If you have your actual measurements available, you can forward to our stylists for assistance with sizing. Customers are also responsible for the shipping and handling charges associated with the exchange.

Shapewear Purchases:
When you order shapewear, you should order by your actual size. The garment has already been designed to compress that size, if you are a size that may be too small, then you will not be able to fit it. We offer only quality lines and sizing is very important. These designs will not give in for better fitting or offer a better compression than some shapwear on the market. If you are not sure of your size/measurements, you should confirm these numbers prior to ordering. If you are between sizes, you should order the larger size to allow the garment to fit properly.

Our policy was not created to deter you from purchasing, but to make you aware of our policy. We believe in being upfront with our policy and allow customers to consider this policy prior to purchasing, so that you make the best purchasing decision for you.

Returns can only be requested by emailing our returns team (please see additional details below). We are always available by online chat and telephone customer service to assist you with any other questions or concerns.

Clearance Merchandise:
Clearance merchandise is either discontinued or no longer stocked. These items are offered at a discount and are normally "final sale" items. There is a 20% - 35% restocking fee associated with returning clearance merchandise.

Special Orders:
There is a "No Refund" policy on special orders, but we may offer be a one time exchange exception for size only. Vollers Corsets are not accepted for either refund nor exchange. There is also a 15% handling fee on cancelled special orders that have already been requested, which is normally within one business day after you place your order. For items that may be discontinued or no longer available with the manufacturer, you will receive a full refund for this item, including any related charges; such as postage or taxes.

Special Notes on Returning Merchandise:
All packaging and tags must be intact, and items are packaged to protect their shape. We do not accept returns of products in envelopes, no matter how small the product is, it must be returned in a secured package mailer or box. You should also be sure that products with molded bra cups, underwires or boning be returned in a protective box to insure that it's eligible for a refund/exchange.

By law, intimate garments containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been worn or tried on. As a safety concern for our customers and employees, we have elected to not accept any returns of panties or other crotched merchandise. When electing to purchase these garments, you agree to this policy at the time of checkout.

We suggest you do not wear cream, perfume or deodorant when trying on your purchase. These can leave marks or scents, which may make the item non-returnable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations.

Exchanges:
We offer a one time exchange at no charge. A request for an exchange must be requested in the same time period. You can request an exchange by telephone or email. With telephone exchange requests, the item must be returned to us before the new item is shipped. If you need the order immediately, we will need to charge you for the new shipment and credit you once the return is received.

Store Credits:
You can use a store credit on any item(s) available in the SenseLingerie.com store. We do not offer exchanges, refunds or credits on purchases made with store credits.


Returns Instructions:
If you would like to return a product that you purchased, please follow these instructions:

1. Email us at the address provided. Type "return" in the subject heading. Include your name, address, date of purchase and order number in the body of the email as well as detailed information telling us why you want to return your selection for an exchange or refund. We will reply with instructions on how to return the product(s) or other information about your request within one business day. Our business days for the Returns Department are Monday through Friday.

2. Write the return authorization code on the outside of the package. We cannot process returns without a prior return authorization number being issued. The return must be postmarked and shipped within seven (7) days after the authorization code is issued. Returns that do not have a Return Authorization code may be refused at delivery.

3. Our Returns address will be provided to you when we respond to your request.

IMPORTANT RETURNS INFORMATION: Please do not return packages to the Return Address that was listed on your shipment. This address is used for shipping purposes only. Packages are not accepted at this address and will be returned to the shipper by the US Postal Service. You must contact us via email for the returns address and additional information about your request.

Our returns policy is strictly enforced. If you do not agree with it, please do not order. We sell intimate merchandise and because of the nature of its use; our commitment to provide clean, new merchandise to our customers; and the law, we stand behind it 100%. Again, we reserve the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations.

Refunds Refunds are normally issued within 30 days of acceptance of return product(s). You should allow at least one billing cycle before the credit is posted to your account. Unless otherwise noted, you will receive the amount of your purchase less shipping and handling charges and the restocking fee (if required). We recommend, for your own security, that you obtain proof of your return from the shipping service, in case there is a lost shipment or to avoid any other type of issues with your return.

We cannot be responsible for any lost or invalid returns through delivery carrier services. The customer will have up to 30 days to claim any unauthorized returns or non-acceptable returns. It is voluntary, but delivery confirmation or insurance is a good practice when returning merchandise through the United States Postal Service (USPS). If you have any questions about our policy, please contact us prior to purchasing.

When you complete your purchase, you agree to our returns policy, as well as, other terms and conditions of our sales. Some items have specific return policy guidelines and may be noted in the description of the product. Our policy is subject to change at any time.
