Shipping Information

Orders are normally processed for shipping within three business days, unless otherwise noted in the product description. Most orders are shipped from Georgia or California. Express and Priority orders are prioritized during shipping, see shipping time below.

We offer FREE shipping for orders over $100.00 with standard shipping services within the United States. Standard and Priority shipments are normally sent by the United States Postal Service (USPS). Express Shipping is sent via United Parcel Service (UPS) or USPS when APO's or PO Boxes are used as the shipping address. Your shipping amount is calculated at the time of checkout.

Other shipping options are available and will be displayed at checkout. If your address is not deliverable by the USPS, please provide this information in the additional services box at checkout. Please contact us if you need any assistance or special shipping service.

Express Shipping

Currently, we do not offer real-time inventory on our website. We are working to improve this in the very near future. We aim to have 90% of our inventory in stock and available for immediate shipment, except for special order items. Items that may not be available for immediate shipping, the shippng information is provided to you on the product description page. Sometimes, there are spikes in demand that may cause items to sell out before new orders are received. If you are in need of immediate shipment of any items, please contact us by email, live chat or telephone to verify stock. Selecting Express Shipping does not guarantee that your order will be shipped within a specified time, only delivery after shipping. It is our customer's responsibility to verify that the item is available prior to selecting Express Shipping. You can complete your order by telephone if available.

Please provide a valid email address and/or telephone number with your express order, so that we may contact you immediately about any ordering issues.

Delivery

We aim to deliver our products as quickly as possible. If your purchase will be delayed pass the normal shipping/delivery time, we may contact you by email or telephone to notify you of the delay. We will notify you by e-mail/telephone if there are any delays with your shipments or in the unlikely event of any item being unavailable. If you need an order immediately, contact us from the Customer Service page for inventory related questions. Most of our orders ship within three business days for items that are requested by standard shipping.

^International Orders

You may be responsible for additional fees associated with your order at the time of receipt. Please note that we cannot be responsible for these fees. Please contact your customs agency for information on fees and other restrictions, prior to placing your order. We do offer Gift orders, but it must be selected during checkout. Please contact us for additional information prior to order, if you have any additional questions. With International First-Class shipping the order may take 3 or more weeks for delivery and you should consider an alternative shipping method if required sooner. We also offer expedited international shipping during checkout.
