Return Policy

 

Returns Policy 
 
All return requests must be received within seven (7) days of receipt via email to returns@senselingerie.com. We offer a full money back guarantee should you receive an item that is not what you ordered or it's received defective. Should you receive any item that is considered unsatisfactory, contact Sensé Lingerie for a return authorization (RA) number within seven (7) days after receipt of your shipment.  After you receive the return authorization (RA) number, you can return your product complete with the original packaging to the returns address provided to you on the email response or the address listed below. The goods must also be undamaged, unsoiled and with all tags attached. As long as these conditions are met, we will gladly offer an exchange or refund.
 
You are responsible for shipping cost associated with your returns, unless the product was shipped to you incorrectly. If the incorrect item was shipped to you, we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us as long as it is not used and returned in the same condition it was mailed to you.  We do not refund shipping or other service charges, unless your order was shipped incorrectly.
 
Non-Returnable Merchandise:
Please note, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on panties, crotched shapewear or related intimates, adhesive products (such as Breast Petals/Nipple Covers), Silicone products (such as NuBras and other Silicone Bras and Accessories), breast enhancers and paddings, hosiery, intimate products that are adhered to the skin or similar products. Please order with accuracy; contact us if you need any additional assistance with sizing or additional product information prior to placing your order.
 
Even though some products may not be returnable, due to the nature of the product, please let us know of any issues or problems, be assured that we will do what we can to resolve your issues. 
 
Exchange or Store Credit on Bras and Shapewear purchases
Due to the high number of bras and shapewear garments that are returned for a refund and or not returned to us in new condition, we no longer accept bras or shapewear for return for refunds. Customers are only allowed a one-time exchange for the same garment in another size or a stroe credit (less handling and restocking charges). Bras and shapewear are very delicate and intimate by natural use and the policy is in place to assist us with being able to offer our products in the future. In addition, we do not accept returns on crotched merchandise or panties under any circumstances. Each products offers at least two photographs, explanation of sizing and a detailed description of the product, if you have any questions or need additional information about the product, please contact our stylist prior to making your purchase. In addition, you should have your measurements completed by a professional prior to purchasing online. If you have your actual measurements available, you can forward to our stylists for assistance with sizing. Customers are also responsible for the shipping and handling charges associated with the exchange.
 
Bridal Garments:
Bridal and special occasion garments are very easily soiled due to their delicate nature and their specific purpose, so there may be a handling charge on your return of garments that are normally used for bridal, formal or related events. The charge is nominal and goes toward the cost of having the garment professionally cleaned and repackaged by a professional service for resale.  We also offer quality assistance to each customer and encourage you to contact us prior to your purchase.  We also encourage you to have your bra sizing completed by a professional, if you are not sure of your actual size.  For bridal merchandise only (with the exclusion of bras and shapewear), we do offer one-time exchange without a responsibility of paying the handling charge. The exchange offer is only available once and exchanges are not refundable.
 
Shapewear and After Surgery Garments: 
We accept returns for a one-time exchange for size only on shapewear and after surgery garments that is new and unworn. Garments can only be returned if they have not been worn, damaged or overstretched by customers. Customers have a tendency to purchase a smaller size then they actually need and this causes damages and overstretching to the garments, so you are encouraged to order your correct size.  If you have any questions, please contact us prior to making your purchase.
 
Clearance Merchandise:
There is a 20% restocking fee associated with return merchandise. 
 
Special Orders:
There is a "No Refund" policy on special orders, but we may offer be a one time exchange exception for size only.  Vollers Corsets are not accepted for either refund nor exchange.  There is also a 15% handling fee on cancelled special orders that have already been requested, which is normally within one business day after you place your order.  For items that may be discontinued or no longer available with the manufacturer, you will receive a full refund for this item, including any related charges; such as postage or taxes.
 
Special Notes on Returning Merchandise:
  • All packaging and tags must be intact, and items are packaged to protect their shape.  We do not accept returns of products in envelopes, no matter how small the product is, it must be returned in a secured package mailer or box.  You should also be sure that products with molded bra cups, underwires or boning be returned in a protective box to insure that it's eligible for a refund/exchange.
  • By law, intimate garments containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been worn or tried on. As a safety concern for our customers and employees, we have elected to not accept any returns of panties or other crotched merchandise. When electing to purchase these garments, you agree to this policy at the time of checkout. 
  • We suggest you do not wear cream, perfume or deodorant when trying on your purchase. These can leave marks or scents, which may make the item non-returnable. 
     
We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations.
 
Exchanges:
We offer a one time exchange at no charge.  A request for an exchange must be requested in the same time period.  You can request an exchange by telephone or email. With telephone exchange requests, the item must be returned to us before the new item is shipped. If you need the order immediately, we will need to charge you for the new shipment and credit you once the return is received. 
 
Store Credits:
We do not offer exchanges, refunds or credits on store credits.
 
Returns Instructions 
If you would like to return a product that you purchased, please follow these instructions:
 
1.  Email us at returns@senselingerie.com. Type "return" in the subject heading. Include your name, address, date of purchase and order number in the body of the email as well as detailed information telling us why you want to return your selection for an exchange or refund. We will reply with instructions on how to return the product(s) or other information about your request within one business day.  Our business days for the Returns Department are Monday through Friday.
2.  Write the return authorization code on the outside of the package. We cannot process returns without a prior return authorization number being issued.  The return must be postmarked and shipped within seven (7) days after the authorization code is issued. Returns that do not have a Return Authorization code may be refused at delivery.
3.  Our Returns address will be provided to you when we respond to your request. 
 
IMPORTANT RETURNS INFORMATION: Please do not return packages to the Return Address that was listed on your shipment.  This address is used for shipping purposes only. Packages are not accepted at this address and will be returned to the shipper by the US Postal Service.   You must contact us via email for the returns address and additional information about your request.
  
Our returns policy is strictly enforced. If you do not agree with it, please do not order.  We sell intimate merchandise and because of the nature of it's use; our commitment to provide clean, new merchandise to our customers; and the law, we stand behind it 100%. Again, we reserve the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations.
 
Refunds 
Refunds are normally issued within 30 days of acceptance of return product(s). You should allow at least one billing cycle before the credit is posted to your account.  Unless otherwise noted, you will receive the amount of your purchase less shipping and handling charges and the restocking fee (if required).  We recommend, for your own security, that you obtain proof of your return from the shipping service, in case there is a lost shipment or to avoid any other type of issues with your return.
 
We cannot be responsible for any lost or invalid returns through delivery carrier services.  The customer will have up to 30 days to claim any unauthorized returns or non-acceptable returns. It is voluntary, but delivery confirmation or insurance is a good practice when returning merchandise through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

When you complete your purchase, you agree to our returns policy, as well as, other terms and conditions of our sales. Some items have specific return policy guidelines and may be noted in the description of the product. Our policy is subject to change at any time.
