When will my order be processed?
Express and priority orders are normally processed within 1 business day.  Standard and "Free Ship" orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days.
 
How long will it take for my order to ship and arrive?
Upon authorization of your credit card or other payment selected, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you have specified. A shipping confirmation will then be sent to that same email address upon shipment of your order. Most in stock orders are shipped within 2 business day of being placed. Delivery can take between 2 -14 business days depending on ship to location and selected ship method.
 
My order should have arrived by now. What should I do?
If you created an account at the time that you placed your order, simply provide your information in the order status section above. Otherwise, please contact Sense Lingerie Company (Contact Us: www.senselingerie.com/Contact-Us-W4.aspx) and we'll be happy to track your order.
 
How do I know if I am ordering on a secure site?
Sense Lingerie Company encrypts your personal information, such as your credit card number, when transmitting over the Internet using SSL. When your browser is in secure mode, you will notice an unbroken lock at the bottom of the page. This lock lets you know that you are working on a secure page. 
 
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Paypal and Check by Mail payments.
 
When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card is authorized at the time of placing your order, but is not charged until it is procesed to be shipped. Special or Custom Orders may be charged 2 to 4 days before being shipped to you.
 
Again, we do not keep credit card information in our system, so you will be confident that once you complete checkout, your information is not stored. If you elect to cancel prior to shipping, just contact us and we will happily cancel and refund your order. 
 
How do I return a product that I purchased on-line?
Currently, some of the products we offer are not returnable.  This information is listed in our returns policy. In order to request a refund/exchange, you will need to contact us prior to returning an item.

 How long does it take for my refund/credit to be returned to my credit card?
Normally, your refund/credit is issued within 30 days, but may take longer to show up on your credit card statement.   We suggest that you give us at least one full billing cycle.  If you need a status update on your refund, please contact us at sales @senselingerie.com.  We will respond to your email with information about your request.  Some items may not be cancelled and this information should be provided to you on the product description page prior to checking out.
 
What are you going to do with my name and order information?
The Sense Lingerie Company does not rent or sell any personal information from Web orders or any off-line orders to third parties. For more information, see our Security and Privacy Policies.
 
Can I track my order after it's shipped?
Currently we ship about 90% of our orders via the USPS (United States Postal Services). They do not provide tracking services, but we do ship all items with delivery confirmation. This only means that you are not able to track your order and it will not be updated with a current location during transit. However, the delivery confirmation number will tell you when it is delivered to the ship to address.
 
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally, but only for normal shipping. We do not currently offer Express or Overnight shipping for orders outside of the United States.  We strongly encourage international customer to create an account, so that we are able to send email updates about your order.  Currently we are not able to contact international customers by telephone, due to the time differences.
 
Can I cancel my order?
 Normally, you can cancel your order if the order has not shipped.  You should send a request to cancel your order to sales@senselingerie.com
